    I did an update on my Bold 9900 and now I can receive messages from a BlackBerry Z10 but can't reply to them. I can respond to any other messages received from other types of BlackBerry models. Any ideas on what could be wrong or how to correct this?

    Try these first.

    Workaround 1
    Uninstall BlackBerry Messager, reboot, reinstall BlackBerry Messsenger.

    Workaround 2

    Perform a security wipe on the BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry Device Software 5.0 or BlackBerry 6 to 7.
