I have a picture on it and the icons are not transparent, they are solid, meaning you cant see the picture ( wallpaper ) through them. How do you get them transparent?
there's no way to change the icons but you can change the number of rows of icons on your home screen. With one row you can see your wallpaper much better. From your applications view go to menu>options>and change to 1 row
