i need the mep network code to change from sfr to orange in france

I'm not sure how the French wireless carriers work, but, if anything like the USA, you will need to request an unlock code from SFR to to use orange. ring SFR customer service and ask them for the code

I assume you are roaming and want to only roam on a specific carrier. I am not sure if this is possible, but try going into network connections and manually selecting the network.

If you are trying to us an Orange SIM and your phone is locked to SFR, you will need to get the phone network unlocked. Try one of the unlocking services online or on eBay.
