I recently bought a sandisk microsd 4gb card and inserted it in my blackberry 8100 (pearl). The phone is not reading the card. When I go into advanced options, it says that no memory cards are inserted into the phone. How can I get it to read my card?

Do you have the media support on "on"? Options>Media card>Support ON.

Also be sure the card is all the way in, sometimes they look in but aren't locked in.

Check your 8100 OS version. You need 4.2.1 or higher to support 4GB card.
