    Default my blackberry messenger doesn´t work

    Heey guys,

    I have a problem. I bought a BB in Bolivia and now I got back to Belgium. so I got a new number and I subscriped for internet and blackberry here. And the weird thing is that i can use internet and whatsapp and that stuff on WiFi but I cant use my BBM.
    Can someone help me with this?

    Does your carrier have Blackberry internet service?

    Are you sure you subscribed to BIS? (blackberry internet service) or GPRS? (general packet radio system)

    Tell me your carrier and ill see that info I can fetch for you.

    Yeees I think so. I went to the shop today and they told me I have a blackberry service. I´m with base. a company from belgium.

    Reinstall the services books on your Blackberry device.
    make sure that you delete (release) the PIN # of your Blackberry from the BIS of your previews carrier and set the PIN # on your BIS account that you now use (register using the "host routing table" device option).

    How do I have to delete my pin from my previous carrier? could i do that with my new carrier? because previously i was with a company called viva from bolivia and i have no idea how i could delete my pin..
