I've been having trouble with this all day, When i turn my blackberry on it shows the screen of the the Blackberry title and the bar that shows its loading, that take about 8 minutes to go to the next screen wich is the AT&T World Phone Page and from there it just stays there forever

Q1= What do i do to make it go to the Start screen?

Q2= How do i reboot my phone from BB software, but the phone has a password and it wont connect because of the problem.
