I work a very e-mail intensive job - running anywhere from 50 to 300 emails a day or more. Obviously I've got my Tour hooked up to the corporate BES, which makes my life much easier. But whenever I'm listening to music, either on Slacker or mp3's and I get a new email, the music doesn't just pause while the alert plays - it restarts the tract. I've been listening to same 30 seconds of Metallica for the last 5 minutes because I haven't gone longer than that without getting email. It's getting old.
Any ideas what's causing this, and is there a fix? Is this just a bug in the OS?
