When I press any key on the key pad, I usually have multiple key strokes on my 9300. And the key pad is sticky most of the times making it hectic to write messages and making calls. In short, I mean any press on any key produces double or triple letters or numbers. What could be the problem and solution?
Hey there , set the keyboard speed to normal if it's fast , or to slow if it's normal .
You can set the keyboard speed from options > typing and language > keyboard > keyrate .
i would recommend making sure you are running the latest software/firmware version for your phone as there are sometimes bugs that affect typing in this way
