need help, i downloaded Mr tracker from Mobile Phone Tracking Download - Locate A Cell Phone- SMS Tracking App - Mobile Spy App and i'm unable to install can u help me , im not getting technical support from them

hi i bought from mrxsystem's site, but i only get one file about 9.5 mb is a .rar file, how can i install it on my blackberry.. i get a setup file that context a setup.exe to folder one called mr. tracker inside it has another file mrtacker.vbs, google earth updae, one pdf, etc but nothing that can be execute in a blackberry.

some thing i'm also facing but im using nokia E63
