I just found out thru search that Curve and Pearl owners can't hear their phones ring either. Things aren't getting better. I wasn't 10 feet away from my phone and barely heard it. This isn't good.

Will the BB Curve not sync with Outlook Express? How does one do that...if by chance it will do that one thing?

Oh, I'm almost afraid to ask....can you change the Icons on the face page into Words instead?

1. go to profiles/scroll down to advanced/ highlight the profile you are using hit the menu button then edit then you can edit volume for whatever one you are using
2. not sure don't use it
3. you would have to download a new theme that has words if there is one

I have a Curve and my wife has a Pearl. We have not had a problem hearing our phones. I believe they are the loudest phone we've owned. I hope you can correct your problem.

I'll ask Verizon when I go bug them on Monday. The ringtones are like tiny-little whispers.

follow my instructions to make your ringtones louder it should work

You can set the ringtone volumes by going to the advanced settings of your profiles.
