i have a blackberry 9700 i just bought it and i registered to bis in lebanon but the bb messenger is not working and i discovered i have missing service books related to blackberry messenger and the service operator didnt help me. so how can i intsall the right service book for this problem ?

Try this:
Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.
Press Menu and select Register Now.

You will get a confirmation E-mail and should be all set.

The solution above should work, if not.. contact your carrier and ask them to send you teh update.
