    Default Missing BES Mail Icon

I used to have BIS service for 3 email accounts with 3 icons and 1 joint one. Then my company got BES and I activated BES.
Now I only have 2 icons for my BIS accounts and 1 joint icon for all my accounts and the joint one includes the BES account.
I do not have a separate icon for the BES account.
How can I get the icon for the BES account to show up on the unit?
    Thanks.

Default Give this KB article to your BES Admin

It can be done. Have your BES Admin check out KB 15003 on blackberry.com.
Hopefully yours will be more accommodating than mine has been...
