So I am with Rogers and my Z30 is being weird. Rogers has deemed it defective and they would send out a new one. However, it now looks like they won't be able to get anymore of the Z30, which is what I really want. Is there anyway anyone knows that I can get another Z30 without having to pay one out of my pocket?

Get the new "whatever" they send you. Sell it, then buy a NEW Z30 from CB or Shop Blackberry. You get what you want and Rogers (kinda) pays for it!

Awesome idea. Get them to give you the S6. Unlock it, sell it for $600 or more and then buy the Z30 for $300 or less. Huge profit and win on your part!

Just get one without having to pay Rogers more. Any new phone will sell reasonably well. Leave it in the box. You will get more.

Perform a clean reload of the devices software, should sort it out.

I doubt Rogers have a clue what their talking about.

Z30 would be much better device than Samsung S6. Price is almost less than half with almost same experience.

If you trust Rogers tech support to know what they are talking about, I have a really cool bridge that I would like to sell you. I would first try a clean installation of the latest OS as suggested by Craigash, above.

No worries. At no point did I trust Rogers, lol. And Lo and Behold! Rogers screwed up! Two weeks ago they issued a Z30 to me. They called today to say that they couldn't get it anymore, but that they meant refurbs, so they are sending me a brand new one. They were supposed to be sending me a brand new one in the first place! So, once again, ,Rogers fails. But all is right with the world, for I SHALL KEEP BLACKBERRY!!!! All hail the Berry of Black! (I may have a problem, lol)
