One thing, when you put the email address in the Outlook rule, did you put your work address or the Blackberry address? You should put the [email protected] email address in the rule, not your work email address.
You can go into email settings on your BB and change the reply to email address for your BB email address to your work address so that when people reply to an email sent from your BB it will still go to both your work email address and then get forwarded to your BB.
Well, give it some time. Like I said I just received a bunch of messages on my BB more than an hour after receiving the same messages in my Outlook inbox.
