i have a 4gb microsb card and i can fit it in the slot of the phone where it supposed to go in. behind the battery. the metal piece came off but i fixed it and put it back in and i still can not get the card to stay in.
any advice?

Put the card in the silver holder with the contacts facing down,
and facing the inside of the phone. Then lower the holder and
card together. Slide the holder forward to lock it.
Do not lay the card in the space.
A G is dead on and there was a recent thread on this site discussing this topic in great detail with links to installation guides weith pics. Just do a search and you will find it. Do not feel bad I had the same problem and found Crackberry thank goodness.
i put it in the right way and nowwhen i format it it says unable to format. now what?
