I think that it pretty much comes down to the fact that Metro PCS isn't really going after the business user because their network isn't yet up to business standards yet (it is a cheap cell phone provider if you know where you are going to be pretty much every day and are sure there is coverage in your area). I cant see many Metro PCS users paying premium prices for the Bold series.
Or what if they released the Curve 8530 to see how it would sell? If it does good then maybe they'll come out with other ones, but I doubt that will happen. It'd be interesting if they did though
