Okay so I just got the torch a few weeks ago, and I love it. I was using these memory cards that I got at the AT&T store and they were working great. Then they all got weird. I went to the AT&T store and they told me I need to format my cards, which I did. Now I'm having errors putting songs on the cards. I was told that itunes have to be converted to mp3s where do I find and download a program for this? Free one please. Also on my PC (the itunes are on my mac) when I try to add a song from my music which are all CDs this is what I get "this CD is write-protected remove the write-protection or use a different disk" any help on how to remove this and/or why it says this? Thanks in advance for the help!

Google "myfairtunes" for the itunes stuff.
