Easy fix is to press menu and select the repeat function. As soon as you hear a song twice you can turn it off or choose another list. Also try turning the volume up on the bb and down on the car deck. You will get a better signal to noise ratio.

Thanks for the thoughts. It's pretty bad when I have the music cranked and there's no more to play. Or if I plug in while the volume is up on the deck and nothing is playing. Maybe I'll go back to the place I had it installed and mention it to them. Maybe it's an easy fix. At least it's not my phone that is at fault!
