Media Manager

I downloaded desktop manager and the media manager is grayed out. Can anyone help me fix this?

Yeah, uninstall it, and redownload DM WITHOUT media manager. That software is about as useful as Windows ME.

Sounds like they WANT the Media Manager and downloaded the version WITHOUT it if it's greyed out at the DM main menu.

Uninstall & download the correct version. I use DM all the time and am happy with it for backing up my phone, installing apps, & especially the Media Mgr for my photos & videos.
