Got my new Tour (non-camera) to upgrade from 8830 WE yesterday. After switching devices and swapped media card from old to new BB, all music & ringtones were accessible.
Shortly after setting up alerts and customized rings for contacts and msgs. None of the ringtones or music will play. All music and ringtone files are viewable in the media player though. I can only play the pre-loaded ringtones.
I then loaded my media card into my old 8830 WE and music and ringtones work fine. Please help.
