So, just got the Bold version and have an issue with emails. Emails come in all day long and are normally read from my desk top environment and processed accordingly. But then the Blackberry still shows the same emails as unread. So, I have to go through each email again in the Blackberry environment and delete them and/or open them so they show as read.
Anyone know of a way to mark them as read when they are read from the desktop environment so that the Blackberry will acknowledge them as read and not show them as unread?
*Bump* I know that I can select Mark Prior Opened. But I want to have it sync autmoatically. Is it possible for emails read from a desktop to show as read on BlackBerry for BIS users now?
Anyone knows why it only works for BES and not BIS users? Thanks.
