    I've used Blackstar Navigation to map trails. It can export your path in gpx and kml format for use with Google Earth. Depending on the BlackBerry you use, you may find the battery life to be a serious limitation.

    Specifically for biking. They have a BB app as well. Just testing it out at this time online. Have not made the leap to the device app yet.
