If reading through the forums doesn't convince you.........I doubt there is anything I can say that will convince you. Especially with the release of the Bold and Storm

What you really have is an iToy. If you really want a better phone get a BB....and ditto to what Jazzi said.

doesn't bb lack an app store like the iPhone? and I hear the UI is not THAT much different from the previous BBs...

sorry not trying to cr*p on bb, I seriously want a bold but just wondering if ya'll got some tips or things I don't know about.

Actually BB does have an app store and BB has tons of 3rd party apps that are free or for a nominal fee. Check out the Bold section here at Crackberry and read all about it HERE

That should give you some more info on the Bold.

Yeah, that. iPhones are fun and all, but if you want a serious phone that is just as fun as the iPhone, upgrade to a BlackBerry.

The Bold and the iPhone are the two best phones out there IMO. I made the switch to the Bold after I smashed the iPhones screen. If you really like safarai, youtube, the app store and the ipod functionality, stay with the iPhone. If you want MMS, better customization, the ability to comm quickly with everyone, go with the BB.

I don't understand. If you're satisfied with your iPhone then what makes you want to be convinced to get a Blackberry? If your device meets your necessities then why not just stick with it? If you can't "let go of it" then obviously a Blackberry won't fulfill your satisfaction as much as the iPhone. Go to an AT&T store, play around with a Bold and see if you like its functions. If you were to get it, utilize your 30 days and if it isn't up to par with your iPhone then you can simply return it.

I love it when people come on here and say, "Convince me to switch to BB". Honestly, what do I care if you switch to BB. If you need convincing, I suggest doing a little research yourself. Everybody's opinion is going to be different and truly, the only opinion that matters is yours. Not trying to be rude or anything, but I agree with POE. If the iPhone is currently satisfying your needs, why change? It just doesn't make sense to me, but I'm not you, so I can't judge.

Oh, and the same people who need "convincing" will be back on here a week later saying how bad of an idea it was to switch and how they can't wait to get their iPhone back...

Whew... Glad I got that off my chest. Proceeeeeed.

Personally I have an iPhone an iPod touch and a blackberry bold in service right now, I use all three on a regular basis, and honestly I see the pro's of both, the iPhone has the app store and ease of use on it's side the Blackberry has the professionalism and the corporate use plus the ease of contact on it's side.
