    Hello everyone, hope you can help!

    Got my blackberry curve today, and in my package I have a 1GB monthly allowance. I thought I could just use the WiFi in my house so I can keep GPRS usage to a minimum.

    However, sometimes when im using BB browser and the BB facebook app it will switch to GPRS for no reason.

    Can anyone help?

    Menu-options-mobile network-change preference to wifi preferred. That should connect you whenever you enter a saved wifi hotspot.

    I don't have that option

    It has

    Data services (On)
    While roaming (Prompt)

    Mobile network: vodafone UK
    Network Selection Mode: Automatic

    bbbrowser /option / general propertis ---- default browser / hotspot browser

    as for aplication ether thay have setings on there own or auto wifi first I think
