I'm not sure if this is possible, only because my tutor was talking about it for the iPhone but can you make the icons on the applications page for favourite sites or whatever?

I'm sure it is possible...or maybe I need a program of some sort?

I just want to make icons for things that don't have Blackberry applications, like my Livejournal etc.

There is an app that will do that for you or you can code your own. There was a tutorial on the main page a couple of months ago that teaches you how to do it.
