- Hello everyone,
I am a very satisfied owner of the Blackberry 8830. I have also purchased the program Missing Sync which has worked great.
I am running Mac OS X 10.4.11 and a PowerBook G4.
I have successfully paired the two together but I am unable to have "desktop connectivity" in order to sync with Missing Sync with Bluetooth.
It works flawlessly with a USB cable, but nothing with Bluetooth. Any suggestions?01-17-08 03:36 PMLike 0 - Alex,
I also have a G4 and I am debating on getting the Missing Sync or not. Their website has OS 10.5 as a prerequisite so I am hesitating.
Regardless, I am able to pair my Curve 8310 to my Mac but with only partial bluetooth functionality. I can transfer my addressbook to my Mac and I can send photos to my Mac from my Curve. I cannot however send a file from my Mac to my device nor can I browse the files in the device.
I have been scouring the web on hints on how to deal with this but no luck so far.
