Okay, how on earth can you use the black berry user tools on a mac?

I loaded the cd and all I see is a blank screen for the black berry user tool. Blank. And how am I suppose to d/l and update my bb's OS? This doesn't make sense?

You can't do that on a Mac. You can use Pocket Mac, or Missing Sync, but without a PC, you cannot update the OS.

Going to need to use Parallels or Bootcamp in combination with Windows is order to do so on your mac.

I was only able to get Pocket Mac to sync once with calendar. That one sync was extremely painful to set up. It never worked again. I didn't want any more pain. But I still have it. I use Fusion to run a PC on my Mac. I do this pretty much only for the Blackberry. Every time I sync it duplicates appointments. I can't say that I wish I would have gone with the iPhone, but I do wish that Blackberry had a truly Mac solution.
