I did this test at 10 am at the Rockingham Mall in Salem NH with all three of said devices.
My Nexus 4 lte download speed was 35mb.
My Q10/Z10 was only 17 mb.
Upload speeds for both was 10-11 mb.
Ping times were low on all three tests: Of around 48-55.
I used "Ookla speed testing" on all three. I side loaded this Android app to my BB10 devices.
I can live with the slower download speeds but why are they lower? Does blackberry go thru the blackberry servers and hence the lower speeds? Maybe next time I will go to Opera mini and redo all three tests.
By the way, even though mucho slower, I still prefer my BB9900 as it fits all my needs and has awsome integration but the only thing it misses is a HUB like experience of the BB10.

Maybe it has to do with the nexus 4 lte being unlocked?

I did get my Q10 and Z10 from TMO here in US. I will have to put my Sherlock Holms hat on to find out why the speed differences on LTE download.
