    The stock market is emotional, not rational. It reflects attitude, not financial stability. Game isn't over, but it is the last period and the home team has not thrown in the towel, yet. They are still skating and checking and adjusting their strategy to score some points.

    One of the most compelling reasons for going private is the two front marketing battle - the stock price and BlackBerry 10 devices. Hard to win both especially when some people/companies have been making their purchasing decisions based on what Wall Street thinks.

    QNX, Ceticom, Paretek these are all top of their game companies owned by BBRY and go in to make BB10 and BES10. BBRY may never have all the latest apps and be #1 consumer phone but there is a need for good security and the will always be a need for National (BBRY) security.
