Hey all you wonderful people out there, I need some serious help. My daughter dropped my Blackberry Curve 8310 and my ball came out. I can't use my phone now I've called AT&T to see if they can repair my phone. They told me that if I send it to them they will replace it with a new phone and charge me for the full price. At the time I purchased my phone they didn't have insurance. Does anyone know who can repair my phone? Or where I can send it to get repaired?

    Thanks for any help.

    Just order a replacement here-

BlackBerry 81xx/83xx/88xx OEM trackball- Microsoft, Nokia, Apple, Acer, Dopod/O2, BenQ-Siemens, Tools, SonyEricsson, 3G,

And put it in yourself. Not a bad repair to do at all.

Replacing the trackball is the easiest there is!!

Order one from cnn.cn and pop it in... then you are good to go!

cnn.cn is a good place, horizonwirelessonline.com is a good place as well. The trackball replacement takes only a few seconds. Make sure if you need the silver retaining clip that you order one that comes with it.
