Today out of no where I lost internet capability. The icon was gone and when I tried to go here or to Weatherbug I was told something regarding my phone not having service books for the internet. I resent my service books and the icon came back and I could get in here.
What caused this? Is there something I'm not doing that could prevent this in the future? Other than this issue I've had no problems and have not downloaded anything.

probably nothing you did ..more than likely it was your provider messing up with it's service books...you're not the only verizon user complaining about the disapearing browser icon
it was verizon and thats the bottom line : )
hey wait a second!!!buuut you have the best network in the world with the best CS and best overall user experience..JD power and associates said Verizon is the greatest cell company EVER!!!..how could it be????
