    Silly me! My Passport didn't want to give me data connection suddenly. The 4 dot logo disappeared when on the mobile network.
    Tried all sorts of technical stuff and called Celcom several times, even got a new nano sim. Finally a dry lady in customer support said the magic words: 'you have reached your dataplan limit, sir, that's why you can't connect'.
    Facepalm big time!

    I wonder why the technicians (or their IT systems) couldn't tell you that during the first call...

    Yes, it puzzles me too. He did put me on hold, the first guy, for 10 mins to ask around(!)
    Third call and third person did the trick. Just Celcom I guess.
    BTW the issue caused my battery life to deteriorate, but back to normal again
