my son lost his phone, however the phone is still switched on with his sim card in it. i have his pin and email address, but no password. how can i trace or get into bb protect without password? pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeez help.

Does ur son remember his password?
Maybe he can login himself n erase the data?

Have you tried calling your carrier or RIM? The carrier should be able to stop phone activity and RIM can give location

go to https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/ put in his email address and hit "forgot password".

Open up his web email on pc and new id password will be sent by blackberry id email. login to blackberry protect and use "view location" option.

Hopefully it will still be there.

Why can't your son just login to BB Protect himself and locate it? If BB Protect can't find it, report it lost to his wireless carrier.
