since I have tried to setup my BB 8330 with the Desktop manager last night, I now cannot receive any emails from Bell enterprize server. Is there any way to reverse this or check to see what has happened. My email with through BB internet is ok
It sounds like you may have set up Desktop Manager for BIS instead of BES. If you have a corporate account on BES, you miught try uninstalling DM and reinstalling with BES selected. But you still might need to call your IT department to reactivate the device.

Hi thx for the reply. I did indicated that I had a business account & not a new store bought phone for personal but this has all happened since I installed the BB Desktop Mgr. I have since uninstalled the BB Desktop Mgr. Does this automatically cancel the info I entered in the Desktop Mgr or do I need to reinstall & go through all the questions again
