I'm hoping someone out there can help with the following. Thanks in advance

Deleting an email from the BB Curve will in turn delete the same email from the Outlook client with very little delay (about 20 seconds).

However, when the email message is deleted from the Outlook client, the email message doesn't delete for an average of 25 minutes per the BB unit.

Our only recourse to "sync" up both is to perform an manual "Reconcile Now" per the BB unit.

Is there a way to decrease the delay time so that when deleting from Outlook, the BB unit will delete in a shorter amount of time?
