Hey, I have a password. I have a member ID. When whenever I try to log on via my BB the site tells me I am a total stranger.

I tried emailing my password to myself and cutting and pasting it into the password box to get in to no avail. I'm rolling with a Pearl in case that makes any difference.

Suggestions?

Strange I connect no problem on my pearl. Make sure to watch your input, when you're inputting passwords and login info it generally is multitap.

try cleaning ur bb browers/operas cache.
