Hi, new to Blackberry so sorry for stupid question

Please can anyone tell me why LED notification display on my BOLD goes out after a while even though I have not read the SMS / E.Mail. Just annoying and I know there must be a setting to sort.

The LED will blink for 15 minutes after the message is received and then it goes off.

If you want longer notification, you will need to look a some third party applications.
