Default latitude users, I need some help.

I have two BB, both 8900, both on Rogers.
One is always perfetly accurate on latitude, the other is often off, sometimes by a mile or so. Any thoughts as to why?

Is the GPS is turned on? I don't use Latitude (check out Loopt) but, it may use cell tower triangulation if the GSP is not active?

...taking a stab in the dark on that...
