Things I noticed:
-the edge is curved. Will there be side apps? Does that mean BlackBerry is working on something with samsung maybe to allow us to download side apps? Or maybe we will be able to just use it for simple tasks like weather, time and whatnot.
-it looks big. Im thinking maybe the iphone plus size. Wouldnt buy that personally but other people may like it.
-curious how the board affects holding it. It would make it large from the bottom which means the the center of gravity may cause us to drop it more when typing because all the weight is on top.

Anyone else notice anything?

Re: the weight, weight/balance are never an issue with sliders. The battery and "guts" of the device are always in the bottom with the keyboard. The screen is relatively light. Also it will only slide up a couple inches to expose the keyboard. Ergonomically it will be just fine.

I'm guessing notifications will be always on display on the left side instead of having swipe up to see them. Smart IMO. Not sure what always-on function the right might hold...overflow stuff? Maybe, but what about when displaying on the home screen...?
