    What the hell is wrong?

    My BBM was laging, I couldn't update my profile. Had to nuke my phone and lose half the memory. To fix it!!

    Hurra 2days later same erorr!
    Now u have to waste another half day to fix it!

    I need a solution or a refund!

    Cuz this is not what I had in mind when I bought a "smart" phone.

    I would take it back to the shop and get another one and try that before you leave.It could be a app that you downloaded which is causing the problem.

    ?well I have a z10 (which was perfect until the update)

    Etisalat is my carrier

    And all my apps work fine!


    Except the BBM!


    And am pretty sure it has something to do
    with the latest update. Cuz my phone was fine until then.

    This is a major disappointment of what I think of Z10

    That would be suggestion #1. Sometimes you'll find that an leaked update or one not released by your carrier works well for the vast majority but end up "breaking" ish for you. I'm on AT&T so I have firsthand knowledge of this as a fact of BBRY life.

    Sometimes my bbm would lag as well. It's due to being in active frames for too long. Checking the status updates in my bbm would lag a lot while scrolling. If that's your case as it was for mine, the way to fix that lag is to delete it off your active frame and start It up again..

    Hopefully that helps.

    I downgraded my phone, updated again.

    Now it works fine. So restored backup.
    Crashed all over again!


    So re update worked for me.

    Can you explain this better? If you're saying you downgraded, the re-updated and all was fine UNTIL you restored your data from a backup I'd be inclined to think one or more of your databases is the problem (corrupt)
