    Morning Folks,

I have a BB curve 8330 w/ Sprint and I'm having issue with my keyboard's backlight. It isn't consistent as of lately. I now have to take the battery out and it will work for sometime but then it doesn't light up anymore.

Anybody have this issue?? Think too many applications?
I really hadn't noticed until I needed to use the Naviagation application when I was out of town. Kind of hard to type in the dark

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

    Thanks in advance...

    Chelle

The keyboard backlight and the display brightness are controlled by a light sensor in the LED array.

If there is adaqute light striking the LED, the display will dim and the keyboard backlight will shut off.

That can be frustrating at times. The quick fix is to cover the LED lens for a few seconds. That should activate the backlight.

You can adjust the default setting at: Options / Screen/Keyboard.
