Kevin isn't just the founder of Crackberry though. He's also part of Mobile Nations. It makes sense that he's at events like this. I think he was the first one to grab the iPhone 6 in that location too so it makes sense that the press covering it snapped a pic. It really isn't a big deal.

I agree, he has every right to get whatever phone he wants but as a founder and face of CrackBerry it is totally not appropriate. Especially when he is in the front cover of a news paper. I expect him to have knowledge of other platforms for comparison but to show it off is lame.

Seriously, I could hardly care less which phone anyone is using. John Chen himself could be using the iPhone 6 and I really wouldn't care. But, I do realize that marketing is about perception and having the so called self proclaimed No. 1 BB fan himself posing on the front page of a newspaper with an iPhone is bad perception. Basically days after creating a thread telling us he is using a Passport he's in the media as being the first out of the store with an iPhone 6. Shameful to say the least... shameful.
