I got my 8130 on Friday. It was a refurb. Since I first turned it on, I got the "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try again." message. I tried to updated to the newest version, 4.xx.xx.xx.56 and that did not fix the problem. I tried several battery pulls and nothing. So someone on here suggested I wipe it with JL_Cmder and reload. Well, I did that and I don't know what to to from there. I figured I could just wipe it and reload with desktop manager. But now my DM won't detect the phone. Attached is a screenshot of the screen when I turn the phone on.
