Just got it last night on Rogers.

I didn't have any bugs from the 10.3.1 update, but others have had some so I assume it was probably bug fixes.

Do a volume reset. That actually helped that call lag a bit n the volume change stutter

Got this update. But music volume seems slower especially half bar and below, so does the ringtone.

Others, phone seems smoother than previous update. Call are buttery smooth. Music also didn't interrupted when adjusting the volume.
