Yes but for this it just makes no sense.

Porsche is an expensive brand not for the sake of being expensive. People want Posche. More people want a Porche and can't afford than those that want and can afford one. Porsche's major market isn't the third world.

This is the complete opposite for BlackBerry. By this logic, you will lose a ton of customers, and those larger profit margins would probably not even be noticeable do to an even larger amount of lost customers.

Let's not even mention the fact that Porsche uses the most premium parts on the market. Z30 would have mid range specs with an astronomically high price. Yea, that's smart. What would the Prosche Design version cost? $10k? LOL

Yeah, but the ones that try to do dodgy things don't "work.". If I'm going to use an Android app (and I'm not), it will run in a sandbox.
The entire recent controversy is about Android apps on BB10 being able to step outside this "sandbox" and access BES contacts. Where was the fool proof "sandbox" then?

If you've been around tech sites for a while, you'd know the entire "sandbox" thing is meaningless jargon. Malware find exploits and step outside sandboxes all the time. The Android runtime on BB10 is so easily exploited that apps exploit it without even meaning to.

That's not to mention even if this hypothetical "sandbox" actually worked, if the bulk of your apps and personal data are inside the "sandbox" there's really no point. You'd be better off properly managing your privacy settings through an actual Android device.

When you install an APK it asks for permission to "get out" of the sandbox.
