I'm getting an error message on jivetalk starting last night. When I try to log in it gives me the message saying "500 internal server error" does any1 get this message also or even know why I'm getting it?

Have you tried re-installing?


Also what OS do you have? 4.2 or 4.5?

I got the error message for awhile so I just re-installed & it worked fine.

Yeah I tried to re-instal it but I still got it but I just installed over the old 1 so now I'm going to delete the old 1 and install it again. I have 4.2 OS

After trying to find a working connection, this popups:

BIS - HTTP: N/A
BIS - SOCKET: N/A
BES - HTTP: N/A
BES - SOCKET: N/A
TCP - HTTP: Failed(Internal Server Error)
