I've encountered a problem with QuickLaunch....

I've just upgraded the OS in my bold and now my quicklaunch is asking me for an activation code, the problem is I can't lot into the crackberry halp centre as I don't have mu order number because the confirmation email was deleted.


Now I'm a little stuck because I've paid for something I can't use, I've emailed the crackberry software downloads help centre but no reply,


What should I do?


I did submit my device PIN when I bought quicklaunch so I can prove I bought it, I just don't have any of the confirmation emails :-(

Log in there and all your purchases and downloads should show up with the activation code and download links.
