I hate to be the one to say it but, there's a 1% market share. Take our BlackBerry emotions out of it. If you owned any business, would you concentrate much focus on that 1%, I don't think so. The carriers ARE doing what is best for them and that's focusing on what drives 99% of their business. If you were a car dealership and had multiple makes and models how much space and attention would you give to a car that doesn't sell. It's NOT the carriers. Stop the threads about about negative reps, poor store placement, etc. If someone wants a BlackBerry they can get ANY model with a little patience. And for 10.2, take a deep breath, leaks are very buggy so consider yourselves lucky carrier will eventually drop a solid official.

Rant over...just wish all the crying on here was. CrackBerry has become more about complaining and whining more and more each day. I can understand a complaint when you have an issue and need help, but the amount of whining in the threads is just ridiculous as this point. I'm guilty as well, and apologize for it.

Best and easiest way to get the 10.2 update in the US is like this.... go on ebay, buy a microsim from rogers or Telus, and then put it in your phone, assuming it's unlocked, and then wait a few for it to register and then check for updates and it will dl via Wifi. that is what I did

LOL at all this "conspiracy against blackberry" talk. It's just simple math. There aren't enough bb10 users for updates to be a priority. Apple has released their biggest and fastest selling phone ever. Apple has the balls and the market position to push their updates OTA. Blackberry is a tiny player. They've taken a backseat to ios7, KitKat, and whatever OS windows has. It sucks for what bbry users that are left to care, but its just the way it is.

If you REALLY want 10.2, take your chances and install one of the "leaked" versions. But I don't recommend it.
