lol its not a "Huge Lie". What do you do when your Playbook has this issue? Open it up and take out the battery? You push and hold the power button. I've had 2 crashes On my Z10 where it was unresponsive, pushing and holding the power button always gives me the option to power down or reboot.

Yesterday I had to do a battery pull. My phone did not respond to the button. The screen was black and no blinking light. I pushed the button a few times and then held it for around 10 seconds and nothing happened so my brain automatically said "Battery Pull".

The PlayBook is different because it has the 3 button reset.

I like the option of being able to do a battery pull. I don't see it as a bad thing.

And yes the cake was a huge lie.

Hmmm, my BB Z10's Facebook feed back healed itself and its working fine now. I wonder what happened there?

My Facebook app won�t load anything when on cellular network. It does sometimes on wifi, but pretty often my groups, new feed, messages won�t load.... :/

Yup, mine seems to have corrected itself also. Hope it stays working this time.
