So I purchased a theme in the AppStore early yesterday and received the wrong one. I called in to support and was told I had to fill out an online form. I did that, got an email middle of the day yesterday asking which one I should have received and replied to it. But, I still have not received the correct theme (Bold Today Plus from JC Designs). This was my first theme purchase and really wanted to get this now as I am traveling this week and have numerous appointments scheduled. Nonetheless, is there anything I can do or contact to get the correct item?
